Nikujaga Food Recipes - Japanese cuisine recipe is Nikujaga. It is a stew of meat and Japanese-style potatoes. This food is commonly eaten by families in Japan during winter as it can warm up the body and restore appetite during cold weather.


Ingredients:

1. 3 medium-sized potatoes

2. 100-gram Thin sliced beef

3. 1 green Onion

4. 1 carrot

5. 100-gram Shirataki

6. 50 gram Beans

7. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

8. 200 cc fish broth

9. 5 tablespoons granulated sugar

10. 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

11. 1 tablespoon cooking wine

12. 1 teaspoon salt or to taste


How to make:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them, then soak them in water to avoid changing colors. Soak the soun in water until soft, then drain and cut into pieces over 10 cm.

2. Slice the carrot, cut the beans along with the lighter, and slice the thin onions.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, then stir fry onions and vegetables (except beans) to wither. Add fish broth, sugar, salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Stir in the meat and beans, then cook until the beans are cooked. Remove from the stove and serve in a warm state.
